Consider Me Edjumacated

The importance of involvement...interesting enough. This topic reminds me of the kids in the class during role call: "Bueller......Bueller......Bueller"

Not only does it not matter what I think about the importance of becoming and remaining active in politics, what matters less is what you think I think about the importance of becoming and remaining active in politics. You follow? I know, its Friday. I'll try not to babble.

Ok in all seriousness, McCain slept with that lobbyist.  Alright I lied...I don't really know.

Ok for real this time.  I believe that knowledge is power.  The more you know, the less surprised you are when the fecal matter collides with the rotating propeller.  Because it all comes down to The Golden Rule.  These humans ( I say humans because I think we place these figures on pedestals that they can never live up to. Humans make mistakes. Some humans can't speak in public, even leaders...and some humans get kinky with cigars. I'm not naming names of course..you get what I'm saying) spend millions just for you to hear their voice.   Their character and politics and values and morals, essentially, mean nothing.  They have the money and they are going to be leaders of the country whether you like it or not.  Just ask Jeb Bush, and the people from Florida who are still counting the votes from the 2000 election.

Conclusively inconclusively, I think it is important to educate yourself.  It is important to know the system, and the people behind the curtain.  But take it with a grain of salt, and enjoy the ride.

Clinton; putting the "tic" in Politics

A couple of notable changes have been recorded for the public to read about, discuss, analyze, and mostly, critique.  It seems this election is pretty similar to past ones in that a lot of people feel that no candidate really fits the profile of an ideal President.  I personally think its kindof ironic to appoint a leader to a "free world" anyway, but thats beside the point.

Mitt Romney went out like Nixon arrived, except Nixon held up the peace sign on both hands, while Romney walked away with just the middle fingers extended.  Seriously, did he really expect to win California?  What false hope did he harbor?  Whatever the case, now he has undisclosed millions of donated campaign dollars to invest in golf and beefing up the garage with survival goods for the Second Coming.  I actually admire him a little bit.  I remember when I was a kid, when my team would lose in a comp soccer game I would stomp my feet and cry and grab my after-game twinkie and run quickly to the getaway car.  I think its important to never really truly grow up.  Keep that youth about you Mitt.  You really made me feel better about my short fuse and lack of sportsmanship. Thanks buddy.

On the other side, Clinton made some personnel changes.  She appointed some other radical feminist to run the campaign.  I don't know enough about the demographics of her audience to predict whether or not people care....oh wait yes I do!  Her supporters are feminists!  Duh, my bad.  Anyways..so since she is now behind in the race, she has resorted to attacking Obama's character and politics.  For that she is pretty smart cause she knows from the Bush Party staff, most notably Karl Rove, you have to expose your opposition for the inept people they might be.  You dig up dirt, you find the flaws, the mistakes.  At this point I wouldn't be surprised if she spent an entire press conference around referring to Barack as an Uncle Tom or something inappropriate like that.  Wait for it...just wait for it.

Super Tuesdee

My candidate was ousted by the sunken-eyed Utah drones. That part didn't bother me, it was to be expected. But why did over one hundred thousand Americans vote for a candidate that dropped out of the presidential race over a week ago? Collectively, are there that many stupid people that share my precious oxygen? I was thinking about a better method for the voting process. What if every individual had a brief questionnaire regarding the ACTIVE candidates involved in the race in relation to their politics? The higher the score, the higher point total towards their favored candidate. How quick would that filter the incompetent from those of us who actually care who the American face of the next 4 years is going to be? Also, take away the Electoral vote. That way, candidates would actually have to work towards a victory rather than buying California, New York, Jersey, Texas, and Florida. And I think people would get more involved, haha especially if their score was put on display for the public to view at any time. Would that not be fair? I'm getting sick of my vote not mattering whatsoever. The system is as pointless as the BCS in college football. Anyways...for the prediction:

I think McCain will finish the deed and Huckabible will be his indentured servant (Vice Pres)unless Romney drops out. Whatever the case, McCain will win. In the Blues, Hillary will reveal her true identity as an alien that just wanted to be accepted in the human race (seriously, if you've ever seen Mars Attacks...tell me you can't see the similarities there) and Obama will ask that his winning delegate votes be passed along to Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart, and my boys win it in a landslide. Oh, and then they hire Ron Paul as Chief of Whatever He Chooses.

You may say that I'm a dreamer....but I'm not the only onnnnee.
